GOSPEL PARTY: dates to be defined

 

Florence Gospel Symposium is the first Italian contest focused on Gospel culture and music.
Four days of dedicated music in Florence, a network of choirs which will meet and sing together in wonderful locations Florence can give.

In the competition, the participating choirs will have the opportunity to play the gospel repertoire they prefer (from Hymns to NuGospel, from spirituals to the more classic gospel, up to original songs) and they will be examined by a genre dedicated expert panel.

Participating groups’ auditions and concerts will be set in the most beautiful Churches in Florence. The authoritative jury itself will be starring in the Master class, which will take place in parallel with the competition. The workshop will be a chance of musical and spiritual authenticity and sharing which even groups or singers not involved in the competition will be able to attend.

The final Concert will be the result of mass choir’s work, in an exclusive location of the city, and will be started by the gospel group winner of the contest.
