Each group including the conductor, accompanying persons and bus drivers shall pay their own travel, accommodation and meals expenses.

 

Travel

Each group will provide itself to the reservation of its travel.
The organization can reserve private bus on request at group expenses for visits and tours.

 

Accommodation

Accommodation for all groups will be organized by the Festival in singles, doubles, triples rooms in 3 stars Hotels in the center of Florence (for the prices see below).
The organisation can arrange accommodation also in 4 stars or 2 stars hotels on request.
On request the staff of the Festival can organize a longer stay in Florence and other italian cities.
For organisational and logistic reasons is not possible for the groups to book hotel by theirselves. Payment for accommodation must be paid directly to the Festival organisation by bank transfer.

 

Meals

The Festival will organize the meals for all the groups in nice restaurants in the center of Florence according to prices published below. Nevertheless each group will have the chance to organize the meals itself.
At the end of the Festival there will be a dinner for all the conductors in a typical Tuscan restaurant in the historical center of Florence, offered by the organization.

 

TThe accommodation will be in 3 star hotels in the historical Center of Florence, few steps from the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio.

The members of the groups, the conductors and the accompanying people could choose to have lunches and dinners in the Historical Center of Florence in typical Tuscan Restaurants. A complete meal (first dish, second dish, side dish, dessert, water), for only 19 euro per person.

All conductors will be our guests for the final dinner after the closing ceremony in a very renowned florentine restaurant
